Once your order has been received at our warehouse, our partner carrier will contact you to schedule delivery according to your availability. Delivery will be made to your floor, with installation in the room of your choice and removal of packaging.
For any delivery in Ile-de-France, it is possible to rent a loaner sofa while waiting for the delivery of your sofa.

We deliver throughout Europe and the United Kingdom according to the following pricing:

- Corsica: 350 euros
- Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: 350 euros

Passing through doorways, stairwells, corridors, the delivery of a sofa is not a trivial matter.

Furthermore, premium delivery does not include the service of a freight elevator.

We strongly recommend that you inspect and verify the delivery of the sofa before making any purchase. Any difficulties encountered may result in additional charges for you. If you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us (delivery of the sofa in several parts is possible).

Returns accepted within 14 days

Customers of the website www.panac-edition.fr benefit, in accordance with the law, from a withdrawal period of 14 working days, starting from the day after the date of receipt of the products ordered.
To exercise this right and obtain a refund, the customer must contact our customer service by email ( contact@panac-edition.fr ) to notify us of this cancellation, prior to any reshipment of the product, indicating the product(s) concerned.

Returns should be sent to SEV SA Panac-Edition – VPC, ZA La Briqueterie - RD 307, 78810 Feucherolles.

Returned products travel at the customer's expense and risk.
The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition, along with all accessories and documentation. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

Furthermore, prior to placing any order or making any purchase, the customer must ensure that each product ordered can be delivered without difficulty and verify that the dimensions of the packages and products specified on the product page are suitable for the constraints of their home (elevators, stairs, hallways, front doors, destination room, etc.). The customer must therefore take all necessary measures to ensure a smooth delivery.

Any difficulty encountered during the delivery of the products, for which the customer is solely responsible, will result in the customer being charged for the return shipping costs.

We commit to refunding, if all conditions are met, within 7 working days to the account that was used for the initial payment of the order.
