Scope and duration of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
All purchases made on this website are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect on the website at the time the order is placed. The customer may only place their order after having duly read and expressly and irrevocably accepted the General Terms and Conditions of Sale by checking the designated box. Product availability
Our offers for in-stock products are subject to availability. For products not held in stock by us, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers.

No cancellation penalty will be applied for such an order cancellation. No compensation for cancellation (other than a full refund of the order) can be claimed either, as such unavailability results from the time required to update stock availability information.
Product prices
The prices shown are those in effect on the date the order is validated. Prices are expressed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Prices are subject to French VAT.
Due to exchange rate fluctuations, adjustments to transportation costs, material costs, etc., these prices are subject to change. SEV SA Panac-Edition therefore reserves the right to modify its prices without prior notice.
Prices are quoted ex-works from Panac-Edition warehouses. They do not include delivery charges, which are billed separately and indicated before final order confirmation.
Order
Order taking
Some items can be ordered directly online, others require a personalized quote due to their specific characteristics (modularities, etc.) or complex transport conditions.
a) Products that can be ordered directly
On the product page, an "Add to cart" button allows the customer to save their product in a virtual shopping cart (hereinafter referred to as the "Cart") which will be saved for the duration of their visit to the website. After clicking this button, the customer is redirected to their cart, from which they can either complete their order and pay online ("Order" button), or continue browsing and add other products ("Continue Shopping" button).
The shopping cart is easily modifiable: if the customer changes their mind and wishes to remove a product from their list, they can click on the "x" icon on the corresponding line. The customer can also modify the quantity of products in the cart.
Once the customer has finalized their list, they can click on "Order" and follow the instructions.
b) Products available for order upon request
Some complex, bulky, or fragile products are delivered under specific conditions and require a personalized quote, particularly to estimate the shipping costs associated with the order. In this case, the customer can choose between "Order by phone" or "Make an appointment in store."
Create an account
To make purchases on the website, the customer must create a customer account. To create an account, the customer must provide their email address and a password. This information is confidential and personal. It will serve as the username and password for all future access to the customer account. The customer will be solely responsible for the consequences of using their account until it is deactivated.
Furthermore, the customer will be asked to provide certain information to complete their order (delivery address and billing address). This information is necessary for order processing and the business relationship between Panac-Edition and the customer. Panac-Edition cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors and their consequences.
Order confirmation
The customer places their order according to the instructions on the website. A summary of the order is then displayed, listing all the details. After reviewing their shopping cart, the customer clicks the "Place Order" button and declares their acceptance of the order and all the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The data recorded by Panac-Edition constitutes proof of all transactions between Panac-Edition and its clients.
The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
Order confirmation
Panac-Edition confirms receipt of the customer's order by sending an order confirmation email, the number of which is automatically generated by the website. The sale will only be considered final upon confirmation of the order by sending an email containing all the order information, subject to validation of payment.
Payment
Payment for purchases is due in full upon validation of the order and can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and other credit cards), by bank transfer and by Paypal.
Payment by card: payment is made at the time the order is validated by the customer.
Payment via Paypal: follow the instructions on the website.
Payment by bank transfer: payment is made following the signing of the order form by the customer, by bank transfer.
Delivery
General information and deadlines
Products ordered on the website are delivered to the "delivery address" indicated during the ordering process. The customer therefore agrees to receive the products at this address. It is the customer's responsibility to verify this information before confirming the order. In case of error, Panac-Edition cannot be held responsible for any inability to deliver the order.
The delivery times indicated are average times and correspond to processing and shipping times for products destined for mainland France. For each item, delivery times are indicated in business days. If products are available for delivery on different dates, the delivery time will be based on the longest indicated time. Panac-Edition reserves the right to split deliveries, however, at no additional cost to the customer.
Terms
Delivery charges are indicated in the order form.
For all deliveries by carrier, Panac-Edition reserves the right to contact the customer regarding any potential changes to shipping costs. In the event of a disagreement regarding the shipping costs, the sale will be cancelled and the order refunded as soon as possible.
Orders placed on the website can only be delivered within Metropolitan France, excluding Corsica and other islands. If the customer wishes to have their order delivered outside Metropolitan France, to an island, or abroad, they can request a quote from the website or by contacting us by phone at [phone number]. 06 46 55 37 06 or by sending an email to contact@panac-edition.fr. Customs duties, import taxes or any other local taxes that may be levied by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer and are entirely at their own risk in terms of charges, declarations or payment.
Product reception
Upon delivery, the Customer must unpack the product in the presence of the delivery person/courier and verify that the delivered product corresponds to their order and that it is undamaged before signing the delivery note. In case of any anomaly, the customer must clearly state the nature of their reservations on the delivery note. These reservations must be handwritten, dated, detailed, and accompanied by a signature on the delivery note. The phrase "damaged product," for example, is not sufficiently explicit. The customer must specify the nature of the damage: breakage, deformation, scratches, stains, etc. Furthermore, the customer must indicate whether the product packaging is damaged. Similarly, if a delivery error is found, the customer must specify the nature of the error: wrong color, round feet instead of square ones, incorrect item number, etc.
In case of error or damage, the customer must refuse the product and notify us of their concerns within 48 hours by email to contact@panac-edition.fr or by phone at the number 06 46 55 37 06 .
Any claim submitted after these deadlines will not be accepted. If the customer does not raise any objections, the delivered product is deemed satisfactory and no further disputes will be possible.
Retention of title and transfer of risk
Products delivered and invoiced to the customer remain the property of Panac-Edition until full payment of the price. Failure to pay may result in Panac-Edition reclaiming the products. The above provisions do not preclude the transfer to the customer of the risks of loss or damage to products subject to retention of title, as well as any damage they may cause.
Risk is transferred to the customer upon collection of the products by the customer or upon delivery. The same applies in the event of product returns.
During the withdrawal period, the customer is responsible for the products as custodian, meaning that if the products suffer any deterioration or destruction whatsoever, the customer will bear all the consequences.
Cancellation period & Refund
Site Clients www.panac-edition.fr In accordance with the law, they benefit from a withdrawal period of 14 working days from the day after the date of receipt of the ordered products.
To exercise this right and obtain a refund, the Customer must contact us by email (contact@panac-edition.fr) or by telephone ( 06 46 55 37 06 ) the customer service of Panac-Edition in order to notify this cancellation prior to any reshipment of product, indicating the product(s) concerned.
Returned products travel at the customer's expense and risk. Returns should be sent to SEV SA Panac-Edition – VPC, ZA La Briqueterie - RD 307, 78810 Feucherolles, France.
The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition, along with all accessories and documentation. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
Guarantee
Panac-Edition is committed to delivering goods to the customer that conform to their order. However, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects on the products sold, which they can invoke for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery, provided that the products are used normally and in accordance with the recommendations set out in the documents and instructions for use related to the products.
If all these conditions are met, Panac-Edition undertakes to fully reimburse the customer.
Personal data
The information requested from the customer when registering their details on the site is necessary for Panac-Edition to process their order.
In accordance with French law no. 78-17 on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data. You can request the deletion or modification of your personal information from our databases through us. Intellectual property
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the website www.panac-edition.fr are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights worldwide.
In this respect, and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private purposes is authorized, subject to any different or more restrictive provisions of the Industrial Property Code. Any other use constitutes infringement and is punishable under Industrial Property law unless prior authorization has been obtained from Panac-Edition. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, of the Panac-Edition catalog is strictly prohibited.
Force majeure
By express agreement, in addition to those usually recognized by French regulations and case law, the following are considered cases of force majeure: total or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, destabilization of means of transport or telecommunications (including the Internet), and computer failures.
The occurrence of a force majeure event will initially suspend the execution of the order automatically. If delivery cannot be completed after a period of three months, and unless otherwise agreed, the parties will jointly decide whether to maintain or cancel the order. Panac-Edition cannot be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of any of the aforementioned events.
Entire agreement, non-waiver, and nullity
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Accordingly, no other general or specific terms and conditions communicated by the customer may be incorporated into or supersede these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision.
In the event that one of the clauses of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is null and void due to a change in legislation, regulations or a court decision, this shall in no way affect the validity and enforcement of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Dispute, mediator, jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation and/or application of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in the context of the execution of a product order will give rise to an attempt at amicable settlement between the parties.
