What is the advantage of ordering a sofa in 2 parts?

The "2-part" option is offered to facilitate the passage of our sofas through stairwells or narrow hallways. The sofa frame is delivered in two parts, which are then assembled by the delivery personnel upon arrival. The seat cushion, however, remains a single piece.

I would like to order a corner unit; how is the chaise longue section attached to the main part of the sofa?

On our corner models, the chaise longue is attached to the central part of the sofa by metal connectors and a system of crocodile clips which ensure that the different parts are stable.

What is the cost of the “removable cover structure” option?

If you choose the "removable cover" option, there will be an additional charge of 10% on top of the sofa's original price. Contact us at contact@panac-edition.fr for more information.

Is it possible to order “this sofa with this fabric” even if I don’t have a choice on the website?

Yes, it's possible! If you've already made your choice, please email us ( contact@panac-edition.fr ) the reference number of the sofa you'd like, as well as your chosen fabric and color. We'll create a personalized order for you directly from our website and send you a payment link that will redirect you to our site.

Is it possible to produce a sofa with my own fabric?

Yes, it is possible to produce a piece using the upholstery fabric of your choice. For more information, please contact us at contact@panac-edition.fr or schedule a phone appointment .

Which sofas have fully removable covers?

The Bellechasse and Bellechasse light collections can be ordered with fully removable covers (including the structure).

Which fabric is best if I have children?

In terms of care, we recommend our velvet fabrics (raw, brushed, and ribbed). These are the most robust and best withstand the rigors of family life. With the exception of cotton linen and felted wool, all our fabrics are stain-resistant and water-repellent. The covers can be machine washed at 30 degrees Celsius. I would like to receive fabric samples before ordering, is that possible?

To make your choice with complete peace of mind, we highly recommend ordering fabric samples directly from our website before placing your order. The images displayed on our site accurately reflect the various available colors. However, depending on your screen settings or the lighting conditions during photography, colors may vary slightly.

We can send you up to 5 fabric samples to the postal address of your choice. To do so, please submit your request directly on our website on the dedicated page . We will send you your samples as soon as possible.

We also offer you the possibility of making a telephone appointment to assist you in your choice and guarantee an order perfectly suited to your expectations.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is indicated when you place your order. Our products are manufactured according to the specifications you have chosen: model, options, fabric, and color. Therefore, material availability may affect the production time.

For deliveries outside mainland France, additional delays may be applied by the carrier or local freight forwarder. These delays, which are beyond our control, depend on the logistical constraints specific to the carriers or local freight forwarders.

Which countries do you deliver to? At what price?

We deliver throughout Europe and the United Kingdom according to the following pricing:

- France: 150 euros

- Corsica: 350 euros

- Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: 350 euros

- Switzerland: price upon request

- United Kingdom: price upon request

- Other European countries: price upon request

Is it possible to schedule a fixed delivery date in advance?

Upon receipt of your order at our warehouse, our carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Do your delivery drivers take care of booking a freight elevator if needed?

Unfortunately not, the freight elevator will be at your expense.

Will you take back my old sofa?

We can take away your old sofa when your Panac is delivered, you just need to let us know in advance so that we can make arrangements with the carrier.

I live on the 2nd floor with no elevator, is delivery possible?

Of course, on the other hand, it is essential that you take the necessary steps to ensure that your order fits through doorways, corridors or other stairwells.

If I order a sofa that is in stock, what are the delivery times?

If you order a model we have in stock, delivery times are, naturally, considerably shorter. Once we receive your payment, we can deliver your order within 15 days in mainland France. The delivery driver will contact you to schedule the delivery.

I will not be home on the announced dates, is it possible to postpone the delivery by a few days?

Yes, no worries, the carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment based on your availability.
