Returns and refunds

Customers of the website www.panac-edition.fr benefit, in accordance with the law, from a withdrawal period of 14 working days, starting from the day after the date of receipt of the ordered products.

To exercise this right and obtain a refund, the customer must contact Panac-Edition customer service by email (contact@panac-edition.fr) or by phone (01.80.18.27.10) to notify them of this cancellation, prior to any reshipment of the product, indicating the product(s) concerned.

Returns should be sent to SEV SA Panac-Edition – VPC, ZA La Briqueterie - RD 307, 78810 Feucherolles.

Returned products travel at the customer's expense and risk.

The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition, along with all accessories and documentation. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

The return shipping costs are as follows:
- 220 euros including VAT for mainland France;
- Transport quotes for Corsica and abroad.

Furthermore, prior to placing any order or making any purchase, the customer must ensure that each product ordered can be delivered without difficulty and verify that the dimensions of the packages and products specified on the product page are suitable for the constraints of their home (elevators, stairs, hallways, front doors, destination room, etc.). The customer must therefore take all necessary measures to ensure a smooth delivery.

Any difficulty encountered during the delivery of the products, for which the customer is solely responsible, will result in the customer being charged for the return shipping costs.

Panac-Edition undertakes to refund to the bank account used for the initial payment within 7 working days of receiving the returned sofa, provided that all return conditions are met.

Panac-Edition is committed to delivering goods to the customer that conform to their order. However, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects on the products sold, which they can invoke for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery, provided that the products are used normally and in accordance with the recommendations set out in the documents and instructions for use related to the products.

If all these conditions are met, Panac-Edition undertakes to fully reimburse the customer.
