Once your order has been received at our warehouse, our partner carrier will contact you to schedule delivery according to your availability. Delivery will be made to your floor, with installation in the room of your choice and removal of packaging.
For any delivery in Ile-de-France, it is possible to rent a loaner sofa while waiting for the delivery of your sofa.

*Estimated delivery times from receipt of your payment. Fabric or material availability may affect these times. For orders using designer fabric, please allow an additional 2 weeks. For all orders to foreign countries, these delivery times vary depending on the freight forwarder who applies their own delivery times.

In accordance with the law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, starting the day after you receive your order. The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition, along with all accessories and documentation. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.
The return shipping costs are as follows:
- 220 euros including VAT for mainland France;

Delivery within 5 days in Ile-de-France and within 15 days in the rest of Metropolitan France.
